Phase I Floor Plan
While the Highway 92 location sufficed as a nice starting point, the new campus location will provide Lyndon with a more aesthetically pleasing setting and space to grow. Additional acres may also be secured nearby for middle and high school developments. Long term plans will take the Academy through 12th grade for a total enrollment of 2,500 students.
The new facility will be open for the 2009-10 school-year for kindergarten through 3rd grade. The site will comfortably accomodate one elementary school with a total capacity of approximately 525 students. Construction will be conducted in two phases. When completed the facility will include approximately 70,000 square feet under air. Phase I will include a fully functional elementary building with language arts, math, science, social studies, art and music classrooms, a computer lab, administrative offices, a cafeteria/gymnasium, and a tornado shelter.
Ground Breaking: November 2008
Doors Open: August 2009
