2010-11 After-School Programs

At Lyndon Academy, there are three after-school programs available: Daily After-School Care, The Extended School Day Program, and Club Activity Programs. Daily After-School Care is offered when school is session Monday through Friday from 3:15pm to 6pm with the exception of the day before a school break. On those days service is only offered until 4pm. The rates are as follows:      Daily After-school Care Fees   3:15pm to 3:59pm   $6.00 3:15pm to 4:59pm   $14.00 3:15pm to 6pm   $24.00   Note: Neighboring after-school care programs are available as well. Please inquire for more information. The Extended School-Day Program runs Monday through Thursday from 3:15pm to about 4pm depending on the daily activity. The additional class period is available for students to receive assistance with homework and studies at least twice a week. Students can enroll in extra-curricular activities during this time. Extra-curricular activities are not limited to: piano lessons, dance lessons, martial arts training, and soccer practice. The additional cost for this four day week program is $125.00 per month or $1,250.00 annually. A la carte program activities can be chosen as well. Prices will vary depending on the program or programs chosen. Club Activity Programs are generally reserved for students in 2nd grade and above. These programs are free of charge during after-school time on the Lyndon campus and are scheduled occassionally throughout the school year. Club Activity Programs may include and are not limited to: The Volunteer Club, Chess Club, Robotics Club, Olympics of the Mind, etc. Note that travel expenses or entry fees for competitions are not included.
