We are Open to You- Lyndon Academy, Private School

Lyndon Academy has an open door policy for all parents. Parents are free to observe and participate in numerous events and activities throughout the day. Parents volunteer to assist in class projects and activities, Scholastic book fairs, help during lunch, participate in after-school activities, and take part in action committees. Assistance with yearbook, science fairs, and special events like the year-end Olympics, Muffins for Moms and Donuts for Dads is always appreciated.

Social events for parent only and whole families are popular. Parents drink coffee and talk with the head of the school at Chat with the Headmaster at every reporting period. Events like Screen on the Lyndon Green, held twice a year, are popular social events for families. Children show off their talents and play. Families picnic and socialize, and then settle in for popcorn and movie. Parent only functions like Corks and Canvas have become popular as well. They are great opportunities to hang out with friends and meet new friends.
